NORMS REWARDS offers an appealing program for patrons who appreciate quality dining experiences. Members can earn 1 point for every dollar spent across all NORMS locations, as well as online and through the NORMS Rewards app.

The points accumulated can be redeemed for a variety of enticing rewards, including Ice Cream Sundaes, Buttermilk Hotcakes, and T-Bone Steak Dinners, among others. New members are welcomed with a complimentary reward, typically issued within 24 hours of registration.

Additionally, annual birthday rewards further enhance the membership experience. The program encourages social engagement by allowing members to invite friends and family, thus earning bonus points. Exclusive offers and challenges are also extended to members, providing further opportunities to maximize rewards. It is important to note that points will expire after 180 days of inactivity.
